I’ve worked in the students department at Dafydd Hardy since 2019 and since then have built great relationships with both tenants and landlords alike. I’ll often be found speaking to landlords and visiting houses with a view to rent them out through the student department. As a previous student at the University, and having spoken to many current students, I’m familiar with what works and what doesn’t when it comes to student housing. This has helped me advise landlords on student preferences which in turn helps to improve the houses that we advertise.
